Clients begin the process by requesting a quote for a style. In order to receive an accurate quote, clients are advised to send a tech pack, which should include all information regarding the style (e.g. size breakdown, color, fabric, image, tags and labels) as well as quantity for order. We have a MOQ of 300 pcs per style per color.

We will promptly quote a price. Once contract terms such as price and delivery date have been confirmed, we will begin to source material for the style. Material sourcing is conducted by our in-house specialists, and bulk material are sent to clients for confirmation. You may also refer us to your supplier to make a purchase or ship us your fabric if desired.

Our pattern maker and in-house sewers will make a sample for you. A sample-making fee may be charged, but if you decide to proceed with the bulk order, this fee will be deducted when the bulk order purchase is confirmed. We produce bulk production samples in multiple sizes for confirmation before actual production.

Our production process will begin when all raw materials have arrived at the factory. Zest tries our best to keep our promises of delivery time to our clients. After the sewing production process, Zest's Quality Control team carefully inspects each piece of garment. Then, inspection occurs once again after a neaten and finishing process is undertaken. Next, packaging and inspection from the carton takes place. Finally, after inspected by the customer, the process is complete with the final step being delivery. Most clients ask us to deliver FOB, but other delivery methods can be arranged for with our freight forwarding suppliers.
